Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of MyAppAffiliate’s dashboard, SDKs, and attribution links.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using MyAppAffiliate (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MyAppAffiliate is an attribution and commission platform for subscription mobile apps and web SaaS products. We map affiliate and creator links to the recurring revenue they drive, calculate commissions accordingly, and facilitate payouts to Creators. We are not a mobile measurement partner for paid-ad attribution, and we are not a party to the underlying subscription or purchase transaction between a Founder and their end customers. We are not a payment processor of record — Stripe is — except with respect to facilitating optional automated Creator payouts through Stripe Connect.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, to safeguard your login credentials and API keys, and to accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@myappaffiliate.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Generate fraudulent clicks, installs, or conversions, or run self-referral schemes to inflate commissions.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service or our SDKs.
- Use the Service in connection with an app or website that is illegal or violates Apple’s or Google’s developer policies.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service’s operation.
- Attempt to circumvent payout fees or deliberately exceed rate limits to disrupt the Service for others.
6. Creator and Affiliate Relationships
MyAppAffiliate is not a party to, and does not guarantee the terms of, any commission agreement between a Founder and their Creators. Founders set their own commission rates, attribution windows, and hold windows; we calculate results according to those Founder-configured rules. We are not liable for a Founder’s chosen commission structure, or for a Founder’s failure to pay a Creator outside of the automated Stripe Connect payout flow.
7. Payment and Billing Terms
The Service is billed as a flat SaaS subscription across our published tiers (Free, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise), monthly or annually depending on your selection. Subscription fees are not a percentage of your app’s revenue. The only exception is an optional 1–2% pass-through fee that applies solely to commissions paid out automatically via Stripe Connect, which covers Stripe’s own processing cost — you can avoid this fee entirely by exporting a CSV and paying Creators manually. Plan prices may change with notice; applicable taxes may be added to your invoice.
8. Free Tier, Plan Changes, and Cancellation
The Free tier is subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
9. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As a Founder, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to run our SDK and collect data from your own end users, and for maintaining your own privacy policy covering your use of the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
MyAppAffiliate owns the Service, including our software, SDKs, dashboard, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your own app content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SDKs and dashboard for your internal business purposes while your account is active. If you send us feedback about the Service, you agree we may use it without any obligation to you.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service relies on third-party providers, including RevenueCat and Stripe (see our Privacy Policyfor the full list). We are not responsible for outages or errors originating in those third-party services. Your use of RevenueCat, Stripe, or any other integrated provider is separately governed by that provider’s own terms.
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect non-public business information shared through the Service — including API keys, dashboard data, and support communications — with the same care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.
13. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, or that every attributed conversion will be perfectly accurate — attribution involving deferred deep linking is inherently probabilistic in edge cases.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYAPPAFFILIATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyAppAffiliate harmless from claims arising out of your app’s content, your violation of these Terms, your misconfiguration of commission structures, or your non-compliance with applicable law, including app store policies, consumer protection law, or tax withholding obligations related to Creator payouts.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and confidentiality — will survive.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be finalized before launch], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@myappaffiliate.comso we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts of [Venue — to be finalized], and both parties consent to that venue’s jurisdiction.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify Founders of material changes by email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MyAppAffiliate regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
